Helen Mary (McAllister) Albershardt 95, was born to the late George and Margaret (Sullivan) McAllister. She passed away on February 21, 2011 at Marquette Manor. Helen’s 6 brothers and 4 sisters preceded her in death. She married Arlton H. Albershardt on August 31, 1940. He passed on September 20, 1987. They had owned AA Electric of Indianapolis. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Helen was a beloved Aunt, Great Aunt and a Great Great Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Harry W. Moore Funeral Care at 82nd and Allisonville Road from 4 to 7pm. Funeral will take place at St. Matthew Catholic Church on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10am. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
